The problem

The problem
The consumer has no way to choose
Faced with two online sellers showing the same photograph at the same price, nothing distinguishes the one sourcing from official channels from the one reselling stock of unknown origin. Trust rests on an anonymous review.
The answer
Attest the seller, not the single item
Attesting one product at a time does not scale to retail. Attesting the business does: the sourcing process is verified through periodic audits, and a seal is issued that holds for as long as the business stays compliant.
The guarantee
An attestation that can be revoked
A seal you cannot lose is worth nothing. Attestation expires, is renewed through new audits, and is revoked when sampled items fail verification. Revocation is as public as the award.
