Trademark and products, batches, suspect channels or sellers, and what counsel needs it for: a cease-and-desist letter, legal action or market mapping (at least 20 characters)

What we do with the data

The data are used to answer this request; photos and technical data from the case may enter the laboratory's reference archive in a form that cannot be traced back to the sender or to the client. The data are not passed on to third parties, except when the law or the judicial authorities require it, or when there is a health risk to be reported to the authorities.

Confidentiality

What enters the laboratory stays confidential, within the limits of the law.

Exhibits, photos and case data stay in the case file and follow the laboratory's chain of custody. They are not shown to anyone without the client's written consent, except when the law or the judicial authorities require it, or when there is a risk to health. They may be used in the laboratory's reference archive, but with nothing that could identify the client; the archive is not passed on to third parties.
